The construction of<br />
a coherent industrial entity<br />
complementary and international<br />
<strong>NSE</strong> Integrations and <strong>NSE</strong> Services companies decided to merge into an entity named<br />
for more efficiency and to improve their international global offer as an integrator and in the<br />
support service in the sectors of informatics, electronics, defence and aircraft.<br />
The new entity employs 460 persons in France (Clermont-Ferrand, Riom, Nizerolles, Vichy),<br />
and is integrated in the whole activities of <strong>NSE</strong> Group, present in Canada, Morocco, Brazil,<br />
and Hungary.<br />
<strong>NSE</strong> will be composed of two business units : B.U. Integrations and B.U. Services.<br />
