NOTICE OF HEARINGS AND AGENDA FOR THE<br />

ARIZONA STATE LIQUOR BOARD<br />

DECISIONS NOTED IN RED<br />

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Arizona</strong> State <strong>Liquor</strong><br />

Board <strong>and</strong> the general public that the <strong>Arizona</strong> State <strong>Liquor</strong> Board will hold a meeting open to the public on<br />

<strong>August</strong> 2, <strong>2012</strong> beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the <strong>Department</strong>'s Hearing Room at 800 W. Washington, 5th<br />

Floor, Phoenix, <strong>Arizona</strong>. As indicated in the following agenda, the <strong>Arizona</strong> State <strong>Liquor</strong> Board may vote<br />

to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters, <strong>and</strong> that it may<br />

organize as a Panel to hear matters pursuant to A.R.S. § 4-111(D). In addition to any executive sessions<br />

listed below, when necessary, the Board or Panel may move to go into executive session intermittently<br />

throughout the meeting regarding any <strong>of</strong> the open meeting agenda items pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-<br />

431.03(A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys <strong>of</strong> the public body or<br />

review any confidential records <strong>and</strong>/or A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2), respectively. The Board may review,<br />

discuss or take action on any item on the agenda. Further, except for those matters indicating a specific<br />

time, the presiding <strong>of</strong>ficer will set the order <strong>of</strong> the agenda <strong>and</strong> items may be taken out <strong>of</strong> order.<br />

Note: If any person needs special ADA accommodation, please notify the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Liquor</strong><br />

<strong>Licenses</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Control</strong> at (602) 542-5141 in time to make the accommodation.<br />
