Summer BBQ REPORT
We started of on a cold wet Saturday morning; the
weather was doing us no favours at all. But when faced
with a problem the YO! Team will always over come...!!!
We had the bouncy castle set up in the LV hall, and
when people started to arrive the fun and games
began.
As this was happening the rain had stopped and we
decided to get the BBQ started. Before we got it going
the rain was upon us once more; all was not lost
however as the marquee came to the rescue.
Just as the food was ready the masses began to arrive.
We had to work hard to keep up with demand as people
huddled around the BBQ’s trying and get food as soon
as it was done. There was more than enough to go
around, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.
After lunch we were back in the hall for more fun and
games, followed by the prize giving.
A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HELPED
THROUGHOUT THE DAY
We all look forward to seeing everyone at our
upcoming events: There’s the Halloween Party on
Sunday 29 th October and Xmas Party on Sunday
17 th December.
