7. One thing I would change about the forum
• More communication – need to work on
advertisement/promotion.
• Make sure all appropriate stakeholders are
invited and are given good context of
the forum.
• The choice of location for the meeting.
• Nothing.
• It would have been good to have an
information table – business people/company
information – addresses and
contact information.
• Have the facilitator introduce the various
government agencies and explain their role
and responsibility.
• More concrete labour market information.
Contact information of all participants.
• Presentations should be included in packages.
Too much information on PowerPoint
presentations -- people are unable to read as
print is too small. Lower lights to enable clear
view. Include list of presenters in packages. Ask
participants to either turn off cell phones or put
them on vibrate.

• Better break-down of the working groups to
ensure the business sector was represented in
each group. But, what can you do in one day.
• More printed info on AHRDAs and
participants attending.
• More time to follow-up on strategies. More
representatives from private sector.
