regionally), conduct outreach with different<br />

sectors to get to know each other.<br />

• Within AHRDAs, build capacity and<br />

understanding of issues with the<br />

private sector.<br />

• Start recruitment younger (i.e.,<br />

• Partner AHRDA programming with other<br />
