Aquacize - Get your body moving without the impact of land exercise. Please wear pool shoes.<br />

Body Rock 1 & 2 - Multi-dimensional yoga class that builds core, strength, and coordination.<br />

Boot <strong>Camp</strong> – High intensity total body workout, upper and lower body isometric/isotonic, calisthenics, and<br />

stretching.<br />

Fantastic 4 - Pilates & Yoga combination class for beginners. Flexibility enhancing postures and core<br />

strength can be done in a chair or on mat.<br />

Fit Dance Explosion/Latin Cardio Dance - Feel the Latin beat pulsating throughout your entire body. This<br />

class is HOT! Feel comfortable on the dance floor when you learn the “Salsa” footwork in an aerobics<br />

atmosphere.<br />

Gentle Yoga - Stress-relieving Yoga. Flexibility enhancing postures can be done standing, in a chair, or on<br />

mat. Beginners.<br />

Low Impact – A great class for beginners and intermediates using low impact aerobics to develop<br />

cardiovascular endurance and stamina.<br />

Power Step & Sculpt – An intense aerobic class which burns 30-60% more calories than “traditional” classes.<br />

A full body workout with emphasis on the hips, thighs, glutes, and abs. Wear your cross trainers and bring<br />

Power Yoga - Intense cardiovascular and strength building, integrating breath work with body movement<br />

SilverSneakers 1 – A seated strengthening and muscle toning class for beginners & intermediates; use hand<br />

weights, resistance balls, & bands. Intermediate level.<br />

SilverSneakers 2 – A standing strengthening and muscle toning class for beginners to intermediate mature<br />

adults; using hand weights, resistance balls, & bands.<br />

Step Interval Training – A high energy aerobic class alternating body sculpting moves and step aerobics.<br />
