The Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center/Sanford L. Ziff Campus is utilized by businesses, and nonprofit
community agencies serving our community. A number of them either meet regularly at the MAR-JCC
and/or lease office space at our facility.
Greater Miami Jewish Federation (North Dade/Aventura Branch)
For more than 70 years, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation has been working to mobilize human and financial resources
to care for those in need, strengthen Jewish life and advance the unity, values and shared purpose of the Jewish people in
Miami, in Israel and in 64 other countries worldwide. Through the Annual Federation/UJA Campaign, Federation supports
people through 45 constituent agencies in Miami-Dade County – including the MAR-JCC and JCCs in South Dade and
Miami Beach; 14 Jewish Day Schools; synagogue religious schools; Jewish Community Services and more – providing a
lifeline of services for people in Miami. At the same time, Federation-funded programs are at work around the globe,
rescuing and resettling those in peril, helping the vulnerable, combating anti-Semitism and rebuilding Jewish life. Federation
maintains an office on the MAR-JCC campus for its North Dade Branch, Women’s Department Northeast Dade, and
International Department, and works with Jewish agencies, day schools and synagogues to organize programs and provide

Alexander Muss High School In Israel
For high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors seeking to have Israel as their classroom...and receiving full high school
credit from the high school they are presently attending and the opportunity to receive an additional 6 college credits.
Choose from four 8-week sessions offered during the school year or from a slightly shorter session during the summer. For info,

The American Friends Of Beit Issie Shapiro
Provides the financial resource support for the various treatment and educational programs and services provided for over
10,000 children and young adults with various developmental disabilities at its Center in Ra’anana, Israel. The mission is to

Bommarito Performance Systems
A performance training company specializing in the development of speed, agility, sports specific movement, power, and
strength in addition to offering personalized programs to athletes, and small group training classes for youth athletes -

Golden Care Foundation
An affiliate of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, Golden Care is an advocacy, referral, and support program. Through a
far-reaching network of support services for seniors, Golden Care can assist in solving issues including home health care,
living arrangements, homemaker services, meals, long term care, legal assistance, and financial counseling. Call (305) 705-

Hebrew Free Loan Association
Provides assistance with interest-free loans for Jewish people in financial need. Funding for this program is provided by
individual families and Jewish institutions. Call 1-800-635-0120.
Jacobson Sinai Academy
Utilizes MAR-JCC Health and Recreation Department facilities and staff for its middle school health and physical education
program.
Jewish Community Services of South Florida
Designed to facilitate independence and assist individuals in maintaining themselves in the community. There are four
service divisions including: 1. Behavioral Health Services 2. Kosher Food Services 3. Rehabilitation & Employment Services 4.
Senior Adult Sessions. MAR-JCC facilities are utilized by JCS for its hot meals program. For information and referral, call

Provides a quality Judaic and secular education to children with learning disabilities and other special needs in a Jewish day
