Obtaining RMA Number and Returning Parts<br />
1. Contact Service Center.<br />
2. Request Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.<br />
3. Do not remove glass color discs from luminaire subassemblies.<br />
4. Package all parts being shipped. Please take great care in packing your items.<br />
Wrap all subassemblies and loose parts in bubble wrap or specialty packing<br />
material (if required) before shipping.<br />
