Special Events Community Garage Sale and FREE Breakfast! Display all of your garage sale items in one central location in the Town Center! Join us for this fabulous event on Saturday, November 7 from 8:00-11:00 a.m. Bring your own table and chair. Set up will begin at 7am. No early birds please. If you are in need of a table they can be rented for $5 from the HOA Office. One table per resident, while supplies last! If you have large pieces of furniture to sell, bring pictures and get ready to negotiate! All garage sale vendors must register with the HOA Office by Thursday, November 5. To sign up Call 949-9909. While you are at the Town Center enjoy a complimentary breakfast from COSTCO. They will be providing a mixture of baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee and water. This is a great way to find out all of the services COSTCO has to offer! This event is free, however, an RSVP for breakfast is required for planning purposes. Please call the HOA Office by Thursday, November 5 if you plan on attending. So stop, shop and grab free breakfast from COSTCO! Business After Hours Join resident professionals on Thursday, November 12 at 6:00 p.m. at Table 82 for a little social networking right here in the community. Bring your business cards and get ready to meet and greet with residents from all professional backgrounds. Table 82 will have a wonderful selection of hot and cold appetizers to choose from and, of course, great happy-hour specials. If you wish to attend, RSVP to the HOA Office by Tuesday, November 10 by dialing 949-9909. 2 ~ Talk of the walk November 2009 An Afternoon of Fashion and Chocolate! Join us for this afternoon of fashion and desserts on Friday, November 13 here at the Town Center beginning at 2:00 p.m. Boutique on Wheels offers a unique Fashion Show Program that every woman will love. Their clothes are washable, perfect to travel in, take on a cruise, and they come in separates and sets! The best thing is they bring racks and racks of clothes with them on the day of the show. If you see something that you love, you can actually take it home with you that day! They carry all sizes from small to x-large in average and petite lengths; of course, some smaller and larger sizes are available. All forms of payment are accepted. For groups of 30 people or more, ten lucky participants will receive a $5.00 gift certificate to be drawn at the conclusion of the program! So get your girlfriends together and enjoy some fashion on this Friday afternoon. Please make reservations by Wednesday, November 11 by dialing 949-9909 for planning purposes. To make this fashion show a success, I am looking for five models to participate in the show. Models can be sizes 8-18 and only need to arrive with a pair of dress shoes and a smile! Volunteer Recruitment Fair/ Country Store Are you looking for something to do that will benefit the community Why not become an active part of the Bonita Springs community and volunteer at the local charities VillageWalk is hosting our first Volunteer recruitment Fair here at the Town Center. Representatives of local nonprofit charities are coming to VillageWalk on Saturday, November 14 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. to speak with interested residents about volunteer opportunities. Charities on-site include: Harry Chapin Food bank, YMCA, the Literacy Council of Bonita Springs, Music for Minors, Susan G. Komen, American Red Cross, Center for the Arts and more! Do something good for the community; VOLUNTEER! Free muffins, juice and coffee will be available for all. While you are in the Town Center, stop by the Country Store that will be going on as well. Various resident vendors will have items on display to get your holiday shopping done in the convenience of your own community! Tables are $5.00 for residents and $15.00 for non-residents. Please sign up at the HOA Office to secure your table by Thursday, November 12.
