Bingo will be held the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the Month at 7:00p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 and games will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. Packets are $10.00 and you may purchase daubers for $1.00 each. Quilting This is a great club to socialize while you work! Join in the fun on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the card room. Fitness events Activity Director’s Notes Yogilates Join us for this evening of great exercise and fun! Yogilates is back every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Center. Class is $6.00 per session and you may pay the instructor directly. Please call Mary Ann at 495-3313 if you wish to attend. Water Aerobics Free Class with a volunteer resident instructor! Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at the Resort Pool. This is a great class for all fitness levels and abilities. No need to sign up, just show up! Gentle Morning Yoga Morning Yoga in the Town Center every Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. If you wish to attend you must contact Jeanie at 495-2773 to register. Muscle Conditioning is coming to VillageWalk. Zumba Join in the fun for this unique approach to fitness: In Zumba you utilize the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. It’s a way of mixing body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps. A great alternative to everyday workouts.
