Creative Cuisine Brings You Festive<br />

Foods For All Occasions!<br />

Karen Maih<strong>of</strong>er <strong>of</strong> Creative Cuisine is returning to <strong>Village</strong><br />

<strong>Walk</strong> <strong>Bonita</strong> for the second year to bring you some exciting<br />

and tasty cooking classes and luncheons. This season Karen<br />

will be hosting three sessions. The dates are as follows:<br />

Friday, November 6 -Festive Foods For the Holidays.<br />

Thursday, February 11- A Lovely Valentine Luncheon and<br />

Thursday, March 25, Lighten Up- Eating Well and Loving It.<br />

All classes will be held at the Town Center from 10:30-1:00<br />

p.m. Doors will open at 10:15 a.m.<br />

Karen is a certified member <strong>of</strong> the International Assoc. <strong>of</strong><br />

Culinary Pr<strong>of</strong>essionals and has owned and operated her own<br />

cooking school in Milwaukee, WI for 35 years and has taught<br />

in over 50 communities in Florida for the past 17 years.<br />

After a short cooking demo, Karen will serve a buffet <strong>of</strong> the<br />

foods prepared which will include:<br />

Swirled Chocolate and C<strong>of</strong>fee Cheesecake - only 153 cal and 5 g. fat<br />

The cost <strong>of</strong> each class which includes printed recipes,<br />

luncheon, ice tea, water and c<strong>of</strong>fee is $ 25.00. You must<br />

register at the HOA Office at least 72 hours before each<br />

class date by dialing 949-9909 . No refunds may be given<br />

after that date. We are limited as to the number <strong>of</strong> guests, so<br />

please register early. Guests <strong>of</strong> <strong>Village</strong><strong>Walk</strong> residents are<br />

allowed to attend space permitting.<br />

Credit Repair<br />

Terry Cala and Mary Robinson <strong>of</strong> Regions Bank will<br />

be hosting a presentation Thursday, November 12 at<br />

2:00 p.m. in the Town Center. They will be speaking<br />

on Understanding Credit and Credit Repair which will<br />

include information on Identity Theft. We will cover<br />

the basics <strong>of</strong> credit and give you a solid foundation on<br />

how to use credit and protect your identity.<br />

Join us in the Town Center on Tuesday, November 24<br />

at 3:00 p.m. for this FREE seminar. If you are in the<br />

beginning stages <strong>of</strong> Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or are looking<br />

to find out more about it, this is the seminar for you! Dr.<br />

Mark Harrington, D.C., will teach us simple techniques<br />

to correct a potential major problem. Please RSVP by<br />

All levels welcome. Work from the set up still life or<br />

bring in your own painting project. Suggested materials<br />

list provided upon request. Payment for month due<br />

first class. Make up classes in the January session<br />

Join Dr. Mark Harrington D.C. for this informative<br />
