We'll finish earlier if we have more volunteers.
We need your help seng up chairs, moving books and all
the other associated chores to help prepare our community
for the High Holidays. Everyone is welcome and
encouraged to come by, even if just for an hour. There is
much to do and things to move, and it's always much more
fun with YOU!

The Beth Shalom Early Childhood Center is seeking nurturing,
educated, crea)ve people who are interested in a posi-
)on as an early childhood professional. A background in
Juadaics and/or Hebrew is not required, but would be a
plus. Early childhood background and potable background
check preferred. Must be responsible, a good communicator
and great with kids. Pay is between $11-$13 per hour

Remember to label your Shofar, then bring it to CBS on Kol
Nidre, to be put on the bimah for the very end shofar blow
of Yom Kippur.
Kid’s Kehillah is back to our normal schedule. Join us this
Shabbat, September 7 th for our Kickoff Shabbat!
This program for kids ages 7-11, is a fun opportunity to
learn prayers, study Torah, play games, and much more!
Also, save the date for some other special Kid’s Kehillah
programs this year:

In the holiday area on the south wall, there are a number of
books to prepare for the high holidays, including, Days of
Awe, Beginning Anew, and anthologies for Rosh Hashanah,
Yom Kippur and Sukkot among others. All books that have a
red 21-day loan s)cker on the binding can be check out in
the loan notebook on the west wall shelf.
