Important Notice
The Showplace & Grounds will be open 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. Friday for exhibitors. Building will open 6:30
A.M. each day of events. UNLOADING AT EAST SIDE OF BUILDING (ANNEX). NO Hook-ups.
All Doors must be kept closed to maintain proper temperature.
Admission - Adults $5.00, Seniors $4.00, Children (6-18 years) $3.00, Children under 6 years Free; Exhibitors
will be required to show entry conformation.
Law Enforcements Officers will receive complimentary admission.
Exhibitors & handlers are responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates.
Please do your part to help us keep this event site clean so it will continue to be available to us.
The welfare of an exhibitor’s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood
that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children each day of the events.
Virginia Kennel Club, Inc. maintains the right to reserve any parking spaces as needed.
Coffee and pastries will be served the morning of the events until 9:00 A.M.
Food available for exhibitors in the building.
All crates must be stacked. Collapsable crates must be top tier.
No private X-pens. Strollers will NOT be permitted in building.
No unentered dogs in building. No dogs in the main lobby of the The Showplace.
Canine Good Citizens Test
Sunday, June 21, 2009 - 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Evaluator: Carroll Neuner
Fee: $5.00 per dog, no limit on dogs
Entries taken at show ringside
Grooming will be in the Annex Building. Obedience will be in the Main Building.
Dogs will not be allowed on Flexi Leads in the buildings.

From the North: I-95 South to I-295 towards Virginia
Beach to 360 West; 4 miles to Showplace on the right.
From the South: I-95 North to I-64 East to Exit 192.
From the East: I-64 West to Exit 192.
From the West: I-64 East to Exit 192.
From the Southwest: US 60 or US 360 East to
Chippenham Parkway to Powhite Parkway to Downtown
Expressway to I-95 North to I-64 East to Exit 192.
AT I-64 EXIT 192:
Take US 360 East, proceed 1/2 Mile
to THE SHOWPLACE on the left.

Star Dogs
How to make your contribution to Star Dogs for the
AKC Canine Health Foundation.
By including an extra dollar with your entry fee and indicating with a star by
your dog’s name on the entry form, the show superintendent will be glad to
forward the donation for you. With your participation, you and your dog will
receive recognition by being listed in a special donors’ ad in the show catalog,
along with a star notation (★) in the on-line show results.
