Program Information
• Select from a music catalog of millions of songs representing a wide
variety of genres.
• No refunds after order has been placed.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: 60 days from purchase, against manufacturer
defect only.
• Upon your release, you can send your MP3 player, along with $25.00, to
us to have all security software removed. We’ll then return it to you so that
you can continue enjoying your previously purchased music.
• MP3 purchases do NOT count against package limits for food, sundry or
exempt orders.
• RESTRICTIONS: Only one MP3 player allowed per inmate.
• RECEPTION FACILITY RULES:
– Temporary inmates may NOT order or receive an MP3 package; Access Corrections
will reject any order received for temporary inmates.
– Once a temporary inmate is moved to a permanent location,
he/she may have an MP3 package.

percentage based on your specified facility’s tax rate.
