What an incredible journey the past year-and-a-half has been! I started
Arbonne in December 2003 and from day one I knew what a gift Arbonne
was. Growing up, I thought my many dreams and aspirations could only be
fulfilled with a college degree and a great career. Shortly after graduating
from high school, I enrolled in college with the hopes of finding a great
career. Little did I know, the best career on the planet for me was still several
years down the road.
After graduating college in 1999, I taught high school for a while until I
decided to pursue (what I thought to be) my dream career as a medical sales
representative. After a great deal of time and effort, I obtained employment
in this field. I was so excited; my whole life was ahead of me. I was happy
to begin my new career at 27 with a great salary and good benefits.
Though it was not long before I felt there had to be more to life than this,
and I began to think I had settled. My days ran together; I felt like a hamster
on a wheel — spinning and spinning, with no way out.
Something bigger than I could ever have imagined was about to happen! If
you knew what I now know about Arbonne, nothing could stop you from
saying an emphatic “yes” to this opportunity! I get a little weak in the knees
thinking about how easily this opportunity could have slipped through my
hands if my day had played out the least bit differently.

One evening, I was halfway home from work when I realized I had to go
back to the office. At the office, I ran into an Arbonne Consultant visiting a
co-worker of mine. Thankfully she shared the business with me, because on
the outside, my life looked fine. But secretly inside, there was a giant waiting
to be released.

I am convinced everyone has a purpose in life. Ask yourself, “Do I know
what my purpose is” It is awesome to be able to give someone the gift of
Arbonne, an opportunity for potential financial and time freedom that could
change their family’s life forever. A precious gift was generously given to me
— a gift that I do not ever want to stop giving.

I quickly caught the vision and jumped in with both feet, but occasionally
there were times of doubt and discouragement. Was it really
possible for someone like me to achieve all that success When
doubt tries to creep in, have faith you deserve this opportunity, listen
to your upline, read self-development books, stay in activity and
dream really big. Remember, when someone says, “no,” they are
really saying, “I don’t know enough about this opportunity yet.” The
future belongs to those with strength to follow their dreams.
worthwhile things do not come easily. When you think the road is getting
too tough, remember, short-term sacrifices for long-term gain.
The dream you do not fight for can haunt you for the rest of your life.
Thank You, God. I could just as easily have said no and my life would
have taken a completely different turn. All of my decisions, experiences
and shortcomings have carefully prepared me for this journey.

This business is not for everyone, but it is the right choice for many
people. I highly recommend it to anyone who is goal oriented, highly
motivated and likes to dream big. I also encourage those interested
