GMM and GSDM in partnership with other government

• GMM will through its Budget and Treasury office guide
the compliance to all MFMA requirements and
regulations, including its Audit Committee.
• A new organisational structure will be formulated to
respond to all the municipal service delivery challenges

management contracts.
• The Municipality has appointed 3 female as part of
senior management team
• GMM will with the support of GSDM strengthen its local
administration and strive to create a platform that will
facilitate capacity building and support in the following
