GMM and GSDM in partnership with other government<br />

spheres and the Traditional Authorities will facilitate and<br />

• GMM will, in partnership with the other spheres of<br />

government through GSDM, support and capacitate the<br />

establishment and support of water services authorities<br />

through the following:<br />

• Water quality control and monitoring<br />

• Lab Development<br />

• Water Services Development Plans<br />

• Water Loss Management<br />

• Institutional Development and Capacity Building<br />

• GMM will through its Budget and Treasury office guide<br />

the compliance to all MFMA requirements and<br />

regulations, including its Audit <strong>Co</strong>mmittee.<br />

• A new organisational structure will be formulated to<br />

respond to all the municipal service delivery challenges<br />

• All the section 57 Employees have signed performance<br />

management contracts.<br />

• The <strong>Municipality</strong> has appointed 3 female as part of<br />

senior management team<br />

• GMM will with the support of GSDM strengthen its local<br />

administration and strive to create a platform that will<br />

facilitate capacity building and support in the following<br />
