B&B Contracting will be installing
a manhole at the intersection
of 2nd Ave S and 2nd St. The
manhole will assist in water
drainage on the SW side of town.
Perforated pipes will also be
installed to enhance the capture
of the underground water.
The damaged areas between
the north and south sides of the
lagoon will be repaired to include
rip/wrap, clay and rock.
With no further business, the
meeting was adjourned.

to order at 7:00pm
at the Kimberly Huwe
residence. All members
were present, Galen Sichmeller

Huwe. A motion was
made by Sichmeller and
second by Huwe to read
and approve the minutes
of the October 3rd meeting.
Motion carried. The
minutes were approved

to submit and pay bills at this time. Motion carried.
Bills that were presented for payment were, Northwestern
Energy for electricity was 90.19, Dependable Sanitation
Inc. for garbage was 175.00, Groton Daily Independent
for publishing was 10.34, and South Dakota Municipal
League for 2012 dues was 38.17.
A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller
to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 8:00pm.
The next meeting will be on December 5th at 7:00pm
at the Galen Sichmeller residence.
