25.3<br />

The order of business at every ordinary meeting of a committee<br />

(excluding committees and Community committees) will be as follows, or<br />

as near to it as circumstances permit, with the proviso that, wherever there<br />

is a Chairperson's Recommendation, the Chairperson has the right to move<br />

their recommendation as the first item of business under that heading,<br />

except where a notice of motion relates to the same item, in which case<br />

that will take precedence:<br />
