1. For buyers not in attendance, full payment for purchase is due to the Sale Manager within 5 business days of the<br />

65% upon selection at no later than 4 months of age based on age of youngest calf born.<br />
Seller entitled to $5.00 per day board after 4 months, based on age of youngest calf born in the group from<br />
which the selection is made.<br />
Seller to complete blood typing and pay all necessary registry and other<br />
applicable fees to obtain registry certificate.<br />
Should a male or female chosen from the respective flush fail to meet breeding guarantees, or should for<br />
any reason a male or female not result from a respective flush, the following steps will be taken to fulfill the<br />
purchase agreement:<br />
1. Seller will offer choice of remaining ETs from the respective flush<br />
2. Seller will offer choice of another flush already implanted or choice of a future flush mutually suitable to<br />
both buyer and seller. In the case of the buyer receiving choice of a future flush, no interest will be charged<br />
to the buyer, but payment schedules will remain the same.<br />
3. If, and only if, 1 & 2 above cannot be resolved, as in the death or sale of the donor cow, a full refund will<br />
be made on all payments.<br />

Attention Canadian Buyers!<br />
Any Canadian buyers wishing to make live animal purchases will have to make<br />
arrangements for housing and testing their purchases prior to crossing into Canada.<br />
