To find the average temperature for the week, we add<br />

• Now we divide by the number of days 63 ÷ 7 = 9<br />

Order of Operations<br />
To find the answer for certain math questions you need to do more than one<br />

You have to perform 3 operations; multiplication, addition and division. This is<br />
when you have to know what order they are done in.<br />
1. Multiply 8 x 9 =72 72 + 24 ÷ 2<br />
2. Next, divide 24 ÷ 2 = 12 72 + 12<br />
3. Now, add 72 + 12 = 84<br />
