BS (COMPUTER SCIENCE) PROGRAM, TEST HELD ON NOVEMBER 27, 2011<br />

The above <strong>candidates</strong> can register as per conditions mentioned below and those mentioned in the letter <strong>of</strong> admission to be issued by<br />

IBA. The letter <strong>of</strong> admission may be collected by the <strong>successful</strong> <strong>candidates</strong> from IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi on<br />

December 28, 2011 between 09:30 am to 3:00 pm. Candidates from centers other than Karachi will receive letters <strong>of</strong> admission<br />

through courier service.<br />

NOTE:<br />

1. The fee structure will be mentioned in the admission <strong>of</strong>fer letter which will be issued only to those <strong>candidates</strong> who submit their<br />

final results and meet the minimum eligibility criteria.<br />

2. Candidates desiring to apply <strong>for</strong> ‘Need Based Financial Assistance’ may contact us to do so by applying on the prescribed <strong>for</strong>ms<br />

available with the Admission <strong>of</strong>fice. A minimum <strong>of</strong> 50% <strong>of</strong> the admission dues must however be deposited within due date by such<br />

<strong>candidates</strong> to confirm their acceptance <strong>of</strong> the admission <strong>of</strong>fer.<br />

3. The <strong>of</strong>fer <strong>of</strong> admission is subject to statutes, regulations and rules <strong>of</strong> IBA Karachi as specified in the Program Announcement.<br />

4. Successful <strong>candidates</strong> must pay semester and enrollment fees through a bank challan, enclosed in the letter <strong>of</strong> admission, in<br />

designated branches <strong>of</strong> FAYSAL BANK by January 16, 2012 failing which his/her seat will be deemed as vacant. No reason or excu se<br />

<strong>for</strong> non-payment after the due date would be accepted.<br />

5. Out-station <strong>candidates</strong> must submit a copy <strong>of</strong> the paid challan along with the declaration <strong>for</strong>m and Acknowledgement by hand or<br />

through courier service to reach IBA latest by January 16 2012.<br />

6. Classess <strong>of</strong> this program (BS - Computer Science) will be held at IBA Main Campus.<br />

Following <strong>candidates</strong> who appeared in the Aptitude test on NOVEMBER 27, 2011 <strong>for</strong> admission in the<br />

BS (Computer Science) program and appeared in the interviews are NOT admitted in this<br />

Program at IBA.<br />

These <strong>candidates</strong> do not meet the cut-<strong>of</strong>fs <strong>of</strong> Interview (53 %) and Merit (48 %).<br />
