Bu serinin dizaynı rijit yekpare gövde yapısına 

dayalıdır. Bu yükü teknik performansı 

etkileyebilecek deformasyon riski olmadan 

taşımasını sağlar. Özgün iç yapısı yağ akışını çok 

iyi yönlendirerek her parçanın sorunsuz 

yağlanmasını sağlar ve bu sayede redüktör son 

derece sessiz çalışır. 

The design of this range of gear units is based on 

one body piece casting giving increased rigidity. This 

allows to apply high loads without risks of 

deformation which might negatively affect 

technical performances. The particular internal 

shape of the body directs the oil flow in a way to 

reach all moving parts while reducing noise levels 

and improving sealing tightness. Another piece of 

news is the modular attachable output flange to 

provide excellent versatility even in multiple 

applications.

için helisel dişlili redüktörler. Helisel dişliler ve 

eğik millere dayalı çalışma prensibine sahip bu 

redüktörler sonsuz vidalı redüktörlerin 

ekonomik değerleri ile helisel dişlili 

redüktörlerin yüksek verimini birleştiriyor. Bu 

ürünler sonsuz vidalı redüktörlerin mükemmel 

alternatifini oluşturuyor. 100 Nm ile 250 Nm 

aralığında 3 ayrı gövdede sunulan bu ürün grubu 

her aplikasyon için en iyi maliyet/tork değerlerini 

sağlamaktadır. 

The low power bevel helical gearbox range, which 

was unavailable until today, is now ready by means 

of a brand new type of gearbox for which 

mechanical system STM has been given the 

copyright. This very new and innovative gearbox 

relies on helical gears with oblique shafts and puts 

together in a single conception the economical cost 

typical worm gearboxes and high efficiency typical 

of bevel helical gearboxes with right angle pair. The 

3 sizes being planned cover a torque range ranging 

from 100 Nm a 250 Nm and will supply every 

application the best product to optimise ratio 

torque/cost.

sağlarken en iyi fiyat/redüksiyon oranına da 

sahiptir. Ekstruder vida çapı 30 mm’den 300 

mm’ye kadar seçilebilir. 

This new gearboxes series for single screw extruder 

control, has consolidated the position of our 

company at the market top for transmittable 

moment torque. RXP/EST is a machine intended to 

be very innovative by having screw front extraction 

and thrust hold bearing on flanged mounting. In 

this way we can reach the highest integration 

between drive and extrusion leading to an 

unbeatable ratio quality/price. We can to cover the 

extruder diameter screw from 30mm to up 

300mm (from 220mm on request). As this sector 

is continual evolution, our company is constantly 

researching and developing new solutions for the

RXP-E serisi kaldırma redüktörleri RX serisi ağır 

hizmet redüktörleri ile planet redüktörlerin 

kombinasyonundan oluşmaktadır. Kaldırma 

sistemlerine performans ve ağırlık olarak çok 

çeşitli alternatifler sunmak için pek çok giriş ve 

çıkış bağlantı şekline sahiptir. Planet redüktör 

esas çıkış miline farklı hızlar sağlayabilmek için iki 

farklı girişe sahiptir. Bir motor çalışır iken diğeri 

sürekli olarak duruş pozisyonundadır. Planet 

içindeki farklı dişli oranları ilk ve ikincil çevrim 

oranları arasındaki farkı yaratmaktadır. 

RXP-E series for industrial lifting takes origin from 

the standard RX to which has been given a 

secondary planetary gearbox. These gearboxes 

have input and output shafts with wide dimensions 

in order to fulfil the expectations of heavy 

mechanical producers of lift systems, giving an 

optimum relationship between performances and 

weight. The planetary differential gearbox has a 

double input that can be found between the main 

motor and the lift gearbox, with the purpose to 

obtain two different speeds to the output low shaft. 

While one motor is working, the other one is 

constantly braking. The change of worm ratio inside 

the planetary differential gearbox gives the 

opportunity of obtaining different output speeds, 

and so varying the relation between primary and 

secondary speeds.

RXO-O series for bucket elevators takes origin 

from the standard RX to which a secondary 

auxiliary gearbox is added to modify the 

tranmsission speed. As a result the gearbox will 

perform a primary speed for the standard 

operations and a secondary speed (much slower) 

for the positioning.

When designing this range of gearbox, STM 

technicians decided to project one single body to 

include all gears. This solution allows an efficient 

heat dissipation as well as a high housing rigidity 

and application easiness. Efficiency will then be 

mostly positively improved but also lastability and 

highest transmittable torque. The compromise 

cost/performances is particularly centered in the 

middle range reduction ratios.

STM introduce a new range of cube-shaped worm 

gearboxes. This execution is suitable for a wide 

variety of fixing possibilities and allows a better 

modularity of the components in stock. In fact, 

through an input bronze coupling it is possible to 

connect all sizes IEC and brushless electric motors 

and enable a wide range of possible gearbox 

configurations as well as improving the overall 

quality by eliminating the fretting. Body has been 

designed in order to optimize the heat dissipation 

and to simplify the cleaning of it, even in the most

Unimec vidalı screw jacks dünya çapında ünlü

oynatma, çekme gibi pek çok fonksiyonu diğer

Ease of use and high reliability make UNIMEC trapezoidal screw jacks suitable for a wide variety of uses. 

They can be employed to lift, pull, move, or align any kind of loads, with a perfect synchronism which can 

hardly be obtained with other handling methods. UNIMEC trapezoidal screw jacks are absolutely 

IRREVERSIBLE, that is, they can support their applied loads without needing any brakes or other locking 

systems. The screw jacks can be employed singularly or in groups properly connected with shafts, joints, 

and/or bevel gearboxes. They can be driven by different motors: electrical, with either alternating or direct 

current, as well as hydraulic or pneumatic motors. Also they can be driven manually or with any other type 

of transmission. UNIMEC can produce custom designed screw jacks to meet all the requirements. 

UNIMEC trapezoidal screw jacks are designed and manufactured using innovative technology so to 

supply a product which identifies itself with the state of the art in the transmission devices. The highest 

quality and a 25 years long experience are able to meet the most demanding and sophisticated 

requirements. The outer surfaces are completely machine finished and the parts are assembled with 

special care, in order to allow the application of supports, flanges, pins, or any other components a project

Polimer Trapezoidal Vidalı Screw Jackler - Polymer Trapezoidal Screw Jacks 

Piyasadaki hafif aplikasyonlar için oluşan market 

talebi neticesinde Unimec yeni Aleph serisini 

geliştirdi. İki ana gövde yapısına sahip bu yeni 

üründe çok yüksek mekanik özellikler sunan 

techno-polimer bir yapı kullanıldı. Tamamen metal 

alaşımdan yapılan vidalı krikolara benzer şekilde 

Aleph serisi aynı yük kaldırma özellikleri ve geri 

dönüşümsüzlüğü hafiflik ile birleştirdi. Polimer 

yapısının mevcut dişli yapısı ile ortak kullanımı 

sonucu yağsız bile çalışabilecek bir ürün geliştirilmiş 

oldu. Bu ürün grubu diğer krikolar ile birlikte ya da 

redüktörlere bağlı olarak rahatlıkla kullanılabilir. 

New market demands, the growth of light 

applications and a spirit of innovation and research 

have pushed UNIMEC to realize a new trapezoidal screw jack series with an high price-quality ratio: the 

Aleph series. This new line includes two sizes and its peculiarity is that some components are made of a 

techno-polymer having very high mechanical features. Having a structure quite similar to full metal screw 

jacks, Aleph series screw jacks have the same load handling functions and they also maintain the same 

IRREVERSIBILITY features. The particular molding system of the gears and the peculiarity of the 

polyarilammide material employed, allow it to operate even without lubrication. Aleph screw jacks can 

work singularly or in groups connected by means of joints, shafts and bevel gearboxes. At present, a direct 

motorization with flange is not possible.

The ball screw jacks proposed in the K series are born from UNIMEC's experience in trapezoidal screw 

jacks. They can be employed for lifting, pulling, moving, aligning any kind of load with a perfect synchronism,

UNIMEC bevel gearboxes have been designed and manufactured since 25 years using an innoviative 

technology and mechanical solutions according to the state of the art to be able to meet the growing 

requirements of a demanding and sophisticated market. Nine sizes, tenths of mounting schemes, a range 

of serial ratios up to 1/12 and the possibility of a customized design having no equal, make of UNIMEC 

a reliable partner in the field of the motion transmission. The practical cubic shape of bevel gearboxes 

allows universal mounting possibilities on every kind of machines. Bevel gearboxes are also very versatile 

with regard to the shafts choice and the possibility of a direct mounting on any kind of motors, from the 

normal IEC to brushless motors, to pneumatic motors and so on. High running efficiency, low noise are 

the logical consequences of the application of Gleason® type spiral teeth conical gears; the use of this 

kind of geometry and suitable thermal treatments place UNIMEC's bevel gearboxes on top of this

Hız modifikasyonlu redüktörlerin amacı geçici bir 

rotasyon ihtiyacı sebebi ile mevcut devrimi 

arttırmak ya da azaltmaktır. Mevzu bahis 

operasyon manuel olarak, motorlar ya da 

sürücüler tarafından, sosuz vidalar ile yapılabilir. 

Ayrıca açısal hız değişimleri de mümkündür. Bu 

redüktörlerin çalışma prensibi planet dişliler ile 

aynı olup tek fark dış dişlinin gövdeye bağlı 

olmayıp ayarlanmış bir vidalı mile bağlı olmasıdır. 

Pek çok varyasyona shaip iş istasyonlarında 

konveyör ya da besleme hatları gibi yerlerde 

ihtiyaç duyulan hız değişimleri için mükemmel 

çözümdürler. Tipik kullanım yerlerine örnek

The purpose of a speed modulation gearbox is the possibility to increase or decrease the revolution speed 

by means of a temporary additional rotation. Said operation is effected manually, with motors or motor 

reducers, through a worm screw having an high reduction ratio. The angular speed adjustment can also 

be performed when the machine is running, by overlapping the effects of the different handlings and thus 

reducing the expensive non-working periods. The operation principle of UNIMEC'S speed modulation 

gearboxes is the same as the planetary gearboxes, the only difference being the external ring gear, is not 

connected to the body, but is contrasted by an adjustment worm screw. Rotating this device, and as a 

consequence rotating the planetary system too, it is possible to modify the transmissionoutput revolution 

speed. Machines made of various working stations, with conveyor belts and feeding lines (typical of the 

paper, packaging and press sectors, etc.) find their ideal solution in the speed modulation gears, in order 

to synchronize the various delivery phases. Speed modulation gearboxes can also be used as non-stop 

speed modulators. It is therefore possible, in case for example of coiling lines, to modify the speed of one 

or more stations in order to obtain constant pulls. Other typical applications for speed modulation 

gearboxes are the press machines, the sheet working machines, the paper and packaging machines, 

where the control for waste reduction and for the machines setting requires high handling precisions. 3 

versions, 5 models and 85 construction forms, mean a wide range of application for a designer. In addition 

to standard models, UNIMEC is able to provide special custom designed speed modulation gearboxes 

suited to the requirements of specific machines.
