order to keep the game flowing.

Train with the 'Scottish Communities' League Cup Final Winners!
Scotland's biggest football opportunity returns! In 2011 Kilmarnock FC
took 14 talented StreetSport Icon winners and gave them the experience
of a lifetime. Throughout the week long experience the players were
professionally kitted up with high quality training equipment, trained
under the watchful eye of Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels, played
games with the Kilmarnock 1st team and even got to eat lunch with
Kilmarnock players.

Health Walk
Level 1 walks: for people with
specific medical conditions which
may restrict their ability to exercise,
or for those who have not exercised
for a long time. The walks involve
no inclines and surfaces are good.
Level 2 walks: moderate intensity
with a slightly faster pace than
level 1. Distance and surfaces are
the same as level 1.
CATCH UP Level 3 walks: for people
who have a reasonable standard of
fitness and are looking for more of
a challenge. Walks are approx 6
miles, and may involve stiles,
unsurfaced paths and some hills.
