the main outcome being an<br />

improvement in passing, shooting<br />

and dribbling, finishing with small<br />

StreetSport Icon 2012<br />

Train with the 'Scottish Communities' League Cup Final Winners!<br />

Scotland's biggest football opportunity returns! In 2011 Kilmarnock FC<br />

took 14 talented StreetSport Icon winners and gave them the experience<br />

of a lifetime. Throughout the week long experience the players were<br />

professionally kitted up with high quality training equipment, trained<br />

under the watchful eye of Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels, played<br />

games with the Kilmarnock 1st team and even got to eat lunch with<br />

Kilmarnock players.<br />

Health Walk<br />

Level 1 walks: for people with<br />

specific medical conditions which<br />

may restrict their ability to exercise,<br />

or for those who have not exercised<br />

for a long time. The walks involve<br />

no inclines and surfaces are good.<br />

Level 2 walks: moderate intensity<br />

with a slightly faster pace than<br />

level 1. Distance and surfaces are<br />

the same as level 1.<br />

CATCH UP Level 3 walks: for people<br />

who have a reasonable standard of<br />

fitness and are looking for more of<br />

a challenge. Walks are approx 6<br />

miles, and may involve stiles,<br />

unsurfaced paths and some hills.<br />
