Enterprise Management should:<br />

- identify tailoring methods and their<br />
acceptance criteria;<br />
- establish assessment methods/<br />
measurements;<br />
- execute process surveillance and register<br />
the measured result;<br />
- execute trend analysis and propose<br />
necessary improvement of the processes;<br />
- measure process effectiveness.<br />
Description<br />
Activities<br />
The Resource Management Process assures Enterprise Management should:<br />
