Crosstabulation is used to see if there are any significant different between<br />

different age group and using one day pass or not. From table 5.4.10, although the<br />

result is not significant, but it shows that the young age group is more likely to use the<br />

one day pass. The percentage of passengers to use one day pass is about 20% higher<br />

than the mean of three districts. On the other hand, the percentage of the high age<br />

group is 8% lower than the mean. So the result support that it have certain different on<br />

buying one day pass between different age group. The younger the passengers, the<br />

more willing to buy the one day pass.<br />

Table 5.4.11 shows that the middle age group and high age group have a<br />

high percentage of using one month pass of 94.4% and 91.7%. On the other hand, the<br />

percentage of young age group is only 37.5%. It have a significant difference that<br />

passengers in middle and high age group are more willing to buy one month pass,<br />

while young age people are less willing to buy one month pass.<br />
