<strong>Rail</strong>. The mean score of less than 3.75 means that passengers are still have a tendency<br />

to take <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>. But when the fare is increased $3 or more, passengers are not<br />

willing to take <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>. The mean score are more than 5.25 means that they have a<br />

tendency of not taking <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>.<br />
