up the percentage of the 2 measures of enhancement of feeder service, the percentage<br />
will become higher than increasing interchange concession. So it can still conclude<br />
that the number 2 measure for attracting bus passengers to travel by <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong> is to<br />
enhance the feeder service.<br />

Proposition 3: People travel <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong> mainly because of the speed and discount<br />
We use the descriptive statistics to determine why passenger chooses to<br />
travel on <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>. We compare the mean score of all the reasons to see if the speed<br />
and discount are the most important reasons.<br />
Table 5.2.4 shows all the reasons and their mean scores. The mean score of<br />
the top seven measures is very near. The different between their mean is less than 0.2.<br />
The one that get the highest mean is speed (5.58). The second reason is convenient<br />
