4.4 Logistics<br />
Before the interview, a pilot test of the questionnaire was conducted in order<br />
to examine the validity and to ensure the reliability. Then, a total 14 days were used to<br />
collect the questionnaires. A total 122 questionnaires were being collected and 11<br />
questionnaires were not completed. So the response rate was about 90%.<br />
Questionnaires of bus passengers were collected in the bus stops in <strong>West</strong> New<br />
Territories like Tuen Mun Town Center <strong>Bus</strong> Terminus, Yuen Long Town Center bus<br />
stop, and Tin Yiu <strong>Bus</strong> Terminus, etc. For <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong> passengers, some of them were<br />
interviewed in the <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong> stations in <strong>West</strong> New Territories. Other questionnaires of<br />
<strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong> passengers were collected by interviewing passengers during their trip<br />
inside the <strong>West</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>.<br />
