the UCSI University website, students can submit their
pressure
• give students a chance to put their academic knowledge
into real-world practice
• build students’ professional awareness and
competitiveness
• strengthen students’ personal commitment levels
• students develop an impressive résumé upon
graduation, with six to eight months of working
experience to back up their portfolios and academic
achievements for prospective employers
Benefits for participating employers
to meet short-term goals
• creates a pool of potential new talents for recruitment
and assessment
