Q: Is <strong>Co</strong>-Op compulsory<br />
A: Yes, the <strong>Co</strong>-Op <strong>Co</strong>mponent<br />
is compulsory for all of <strong>UCSI</strong><br />
University’s degree and diploma<br />
programmes (with the exception<br />
of the Medicine, Pharmacy and<br />
Nursing degrees which have their<br />
own clerkship/industrial training<br />
component).<br />
Q: When do I start the <strong>Co</strong>-Op<br />
A: <strong>Co</strong>-Op Placement usually takes<br />
place in November-December<br />
of every year. Only graduating<br />
students (i.e. students who<br />
have completed all the academic<br />
modules of their degree<br />
programme but have not<br />
completed the <strong>Co</strong>-Op components)<br />
may carry out their <strong>Co</strong>-Op<br />
placement commencing in<br />
January, May and September<br />
every year.<br />
