Lipi Das is Faculty –Business Communicati<strong>on</strong> at the Institute of<br />

Managem<strong>ent</strong> Technology (<strong>IMT</strong>), Ghaziabad, India .She has 15 + years of<br />

experience in Academics, Trainings & Industry. She is member of the<br />

Executive Learning, Developm<strong>ent</strong> and Collaborative Programs and the<br />

AACSB Task Force Team for accreditati<strong>on</strong> at <strong>IMT</strong>-Ghaziabad. She is<br />

curr<strong>ent</strong>ly the Program Director of the <strong>IMT</strong>-NIIT Imperia- Executive Post<br />

Graduate Program in Managem<strong>ent</strong> (EPGPM-04). Her wide ranging<br />

experience in Soft-Skill C<strong>on</strong>sulting and Training has been for organizati<strong>on</strong>s<br />

like Ashok Minda Group, Indian Postal Service Probati<strong>on</strong>ers, NHPC, BSNL,<br />

organizati<strong>on</strong>s like Blue Dart Express, Modi Korea Telecom, and Thomas<br />

Nati<strong>on</strong>wide Transportati<strong>on</strong> Global Express Logistics and as Head-<br />

Academics –ITFT Chandigarh. Some of her notable achievem<strong>ent</strong>s include<br />

being awarded “SILVER STAR” –Trainer of the M<strong>on</strong>th at Air Hostess<br />

Academy, New Delhi. As Customer Service Manager -Thomas Nati<strong>on</strong>wide<br />

Transportati<strong>on</strong> -Chennai, under her supervisi<strong>on</strong> the Customer Service Team<br />

was awarded with “Regi<strong>on</strong>al High Flyer Award”. She is also a recipi<strong>ent</strong> of<br />

“Bravo Blue Darter” award for outstanding performance in 1995.
