Introducti<strong>on</strong><br />

The capability to manage time, whether at home or at work is an<br />

important factor for success. It is the sequence in which you perform<br />

your work <strong>on</strong> a day-to-day basis which has a profound effect <strong>on</strong> the<br />

way you maximize opportunities in life. It is this ability and the<br />

capacity to manage the time better that makes the working day<br />

more rewarding and satisfying.<br />

Our instituti<strong>on</strong>al fee for c<strong>on</strong>ducting 3-day training program at <strong>IMT</strong><br />

Ghaziabad is Rs. 25,000 per participant, for a minimum of 20<br />

participants, which includes boarding, lodging, and study material<br />

used by faculty.<br />

In case the program is c<strong>on</strong>ducted at any other locati<strong>on</strong> the<br />

professi<strong>on</strong>al charges will be Rs. 75,000 per day for up to 25<br />

participants. This does not include travelling, boarding, lodging etc.<br />

Lipi Das is Faculty –Business Communicati<strong>on</strong> at the Institute of<br />

Managem<strong>ent</strong> Technology (<strong>IMT</strong>), Ghaziabad, India .She has 15 + years of<br />

experience in Academics, Trainings & Industry. She is member of the<br />

Executive Learning, Developm<strong>ent</strong> and Collaborative Programs and the<br />

AACSB Task Force Team for accreditati<strong>on</strong> at <strong>IMT</strong>-Ghaziabad. She is<br />

curr<strong>ent</strong>ly the Program Director of the <strong>IMT</strong>-NIIT Imperia- Executive Post<br />

Graduate Program in Managem<strong>ent</strong> (EPGPM-04). Her wide ranging<br />

Dr Shalini Kalia<br />

Dr Shalini Kalia has Master’s and Doctorate degree in English. With more<br />

than 10 years of teaching experience, other than <strong>IMT</strong> she has been<br />

associated with ICFAI Business School, B<strong>IMT</strong>ECH and Graphic Era Institute<br />

of Technology (Dehradun). Her teaching, training, researching and<br />

c<strong>on</strong>sulting interests include Business Communicati<strong>on</strong>, Soft Skills,<br />

Pers<strong>on</strong>ality Developm<strong>ent</strong>, Corporate Etiquette etc. She is trained to<br />

administer Thomas Pers<strong>on</strong>al Profile Analysis and its related instrum<strong>ent</strong>s<br />

and is also associated with British Council, New Delhi as BEC Examiner for<br />

speaking tests. Dr Kalia has co-authored three books; published many<br />

research papers, articles in various journals and newspapers; and has<br />

Dr Bhavna Bhalla<br />

Dr. Bhavna Bhalla is Senior Lecturer, Business Communicati<strong>on</strong> at Institute<br />

of Managem<strong>ent</strong> Technology Ghaziabad, India. She completed her doctorate<br />

in the year 2010 from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, with special<br />

focus <strong>on</strong> Indian Aesthetics. She has published a number of papers in<br />

refereed internati<strong>on</strong>al journals of repute. She also has two co-authored<br />

books to her credit. With three years of experience, she has c<strong>on</strong>ducted a<br />

number of training sessi<strong>on</strong>s <strong>on</strong> communicati<strong>on</strong> skills, pres<strong>ent</strong>ati<strong>on</strong> skills,<br />

oral communicati<strong>on</strong>, corporate etiquette etc. for Reckitt Benckiser, Indian<br />

Postal Service Probati<strong>on</strong>ers and Group B officers, EXL Service, BSNL to<br />

name a few. She has also c<strong>on</strong>ducted a sessi<strong>on</strong> for internati<strong>on</strong>al participants<br />
