we own nothing in this world other than the body we live in. our house... our car... our watch... our phone... our favourite clothes.... can all be taken away from us. but our body is ours. we are born in it. we die in it. we spend every living heartbeat contained in it. we cannot escape it even if we wanted to. so if we want to IMPROVE it... if we want to STRENGTHEN it.... if we want to SCULPT it.... if we want to make it the best f**king body we can possible have... that is our right and, more importantly, that is something to be respected. fair enough... if i'm smashing my body with drugs and alcohol... tell me to reign it in. if i'm chowing my way to morbid obesity... tell me to hold back. if i'm starving myself towards anorexia..... help me find support. but if i'm working hard and training hard to make my body fitter.... stronger... and leaner.... if you've got something to say to me, it better f**king be nice! www.<strong>rebelfit</strong>.co.uk
f**k blaming yourself. google for "fitness" or "weight loss" or "inch loss"... and you'll be met with hundreds, thousands of different plans and programmes. each one bombarding you with buzzwords and science to convince you that this plan is the one that will get you the body you want. reading through them we see words and phrases like "metabolism" and "fat burning" and "high intensity interval training". we're told about the different meal plans that are "high-protein" and "low-fat" and "calorie controlled". dieters and fitness wannabes jump from plan to plan... from failure to failure... never sticking to anything... never seeing it through... never achieving the body they want. so f**k all the buzzwords. and f**k the scientific jargon. here are the only three words you really need to know.... commitment. discipline. effort. www.<strong>rebelfit</strong>.co.uk
