when you see the tiger's fur, you know that it has evolved for camouflage... disrupting the view of its prey... and helping it get close enough to pounce and kill. without it the tiger would be unable to hunt and stalk. without it the tiger would starve and die. and so... what do you see when you look in the mirror legs for walking. arms for reaching. hands for grabbing. eyes for searching. nose for smelling. mouth for eating. teeth for CHEWING. every part of the human body gives us clues to OUR purpose. and when you put it all together you cannot escape the truth.... the human body... the vessel we all live in... has evolved for moving... feeding and reproducing. we evolved teeth as the first phase of the feeding process. by grinding the food we eat between our teeth, we increase the foods surface area and facilitate its breakdown. as the enzymes begin to work the digestive process begins, releasing the nutrients we need for HEALTH and SURVIVAL. obesity exists because we no longer hunt and chew our food. we SIT and we DRINK it. www.<strong>rebelfit</strong>.co.uk
