The Select Showcase Simmental Sale group as well as Dwyer Cattle Services would
first of all like to extend a personal invitation to each of you to attend the Select Showcase
Simmental Sale to be held September 18, 2010 at 1:00 pm. We will yet again be hosting this
sale at the Tippie Beef Center located on the campus of Kirkwood Community College in Cedar
Rapids, IA.
This past year has presented a wealth of challenges and opportunities to be seized
in the beef industry. Over the course of the past year we have seen historic lows as well as
historic highs in the price structure of the cattle industry. With the country’s cow herd at a low
point in terms of numbers, there is no better time than now to purchase high quality replacement
females that will produce profits for your herd for years to come.
The members of this sale group have strived over the years to bring cutting edge
genetics to the sale ring each and every year. The cattle sold in this sale are prized for their
functionality in the show ring as well as their longevity and profitablitliy in the pasture. If you
have any questions regarding the offering that will be presented September 18th please feel
free to contact the members of Dwyer Cattle, Select Showcase Simmental Sale group, or any
of our sale consultants.
I truly believe this is my sleeper of
the year! An ET Heat Wave that has all the
right parts needed to be a great one, he just
needs some time to develop. Give him a couple
of weeks, and then sit back and reap the
rewards.
