When performing necessary corrective action in the following operations, refer to<br />
“Servicing” <strong>and</strong> “Repair” sections for the necessary procedure.<br />
Fault<br />
The regulated pressure continues to increase<br />
after lock-up <strong>and</strong> without change in Control<br />
Knob position.<br />
Continues leaking through Bonnet with outlet<br />
pressure on the Regulator.<br />
Regulated pressure drops off sharply when<br />
flow is within Regulator capabilities.<br />
Possible Cause<br />
1. Valve Seat (33) needs replacement.<br />
2. Sensor assembly needs cleaning <strong>and</strong> Seal<br />
replacement.<br />
1. Vent Valve needs adjustment.<br />
2. Vent valve seat (8) needs replacement.<br />
3. Sensor O-ring (4) worn <strong>and</strong> leaking.<br />
1. Check inlet Filter (37) <strong>and</strong> clean if necessary.<br />
2. Main Valve Seat (33) needs replacement.<br />
