When changing the fixation:
Please clean the tube with
Novo-San. Calculate a short drying
period or dry the tube.
Click the bite guard TuBo-Guard
laterally around the tube, so that one
half is in the patient‘s mouth.
Place the neck padding of TuBo-Grip
behind the patient‘s neck, so that one
end is placed over the ear and one
beneath the other ear.

Place one end of the elastic strap with
the silicone layer from below on the
bite guard.
Wind the elastic strap under tension
once around the tube. The optimal
tension is achieved when the elastic
strap is completely surrounding the
bite guard.

Bite Guard with Two-Part Endotracheal Tube Holder
TuBo-Guard is a gentle bite guard for adults, adolescent patients and pupils. It is firmly connected to the tube and does not need much space in the
patient‘s mouth. This bite guard impacts no pressure upon the tongue and protects the teeth as well as the complete oral cavity of the patient. The twopart
Endotracheal Tube Holder TuBo-Grip offers comfort to the patient. It secures the bite guard and the position of the tube by the silicone layer of the
elastic strap.
The bite guard TuBo-Guard is offered with two diameters. Belonging to the set, the fixation
TuBo-Grip consists of a middle part and a neck padding, available in two length.
