their contributions to the event which have been greatly appreciated. A big thank-you to all<br />
our many <strong>and</strong> tireless helpers <strong>and</strong> scribes who took notes <strong>and</strong> kept everyone on track<br />
throughout the day. Finally, many thanks to the CFHS team who helped plan, co-ordinate<br />
