modern Irish History. She will be
working as a research assistant for
the Chair of the Irish Studies program
and as a teaching assistant.
John Harwood ’01 is working in the
Providence College men’s basketball
office of operations. This summer
he coordinated and managed their
summer basketball camps.
Matt Osofisan ’02 a marketing and
entreprenuership major at Northeastern
University, won a $10,000 venture
capital grant for fledging businesses
from Northeastern University’s IDEA
Program. Over 100 small start-up
businesses competed. They worked on
presentations over a six-month period
and were judged by local business
owners and professionals. With his
award, Matt and his business partner
Michael Toney are opening a pop-up
store, Concrete Jungle, at 297 Newbury
Street in Boston from August 1st to
September 30th. The store will sell
original design t-shirts and hoodies
from Matt and Michael’s clothing line,
Annie Mulz.
Joe Miller ’02 is in his final year at

arts. He will graduate in May 2011.
