Cover: A work of art for the anniversary
Schär looks back on 30 years of its existence. To celebrate this, we have entrusted
an artist with the design of the cover – pop art icon painter Andreas Reimann
who has successfully got to the heart of our company’s philosophy with
his work. The artist was born in Vienna in 1965 and established his reputation
mainly with his portraits of celebrities, which he himself describes as “colourful,
flashy and seductive”.
Behind the Schär’s distinctive colours this successful artist, who exhibits in
well-known galleries as well as in stylish bars or spacious lofts, depicts no less a
person than Marylin Monroe: a mergence of art and masterpieces with the icon
of the 20th century.
