WHO WE ARE<br />
Layton Truck Equipment Co., LLC is a member of the Auto Truck Group, “Making Trucks<br />
Into Tools Since 1918.” Our business involves the design, manufacture and installation of<br />
truck related equipment for a wide variety of customers. We serve several different markets<br />
including pool/dealer customers, commercial users, fleets, utilities, governmental agencies<br />
and many other small business accounts. We offer CAD drawings, engineering services,<br />
in-house fabrication and prototype design.<br />

CRANE BODY MECHANICS TRUCK<br />

The DSC20 mechanics truck is a lightweight unit capable of handling a telescopic<br />
crane up to 20,000 ft-lb. Standard features include: system integration including<br />
the body, crane, and air compressor; automotive-style electrical harnessing; patented<br />
floor design to control unit weight and increase payload.<br />
VERSALIfT AERIAL DEVICES<br />
Versalift manufactures aerial lifts from 29 feet working height to well over 100 feet.<br />
These are available in insulated and non-insulated models, and include optional<br />
material handling capability. Their full range of product offerings insures a model<br />
designed and built to meet your exact needs.<br />
KNAPHEIDE ® SERVICE BODIES<br />
Knapheide ® service bodies bring both durability and security together. Automotive<br />
style rotary locks, rubber door seals and double panel compartment doors are<br />
standard. Ladder racks, additional shelving/drawers and sliding roofs are optional.<br />
Every Knapheide ® service body gets a zinc phosphate bath and is coated with<br />
Knapheide ® ’s K-coating priming system. This foundation along with Layton applied,<br />
high quality Sikkens paint will provide a tough, durable finish you can count on for years.<br />
WESTERN SNOW PLOWS & SPREADERS<br />
Western Standard snow plows give the light commercial and personal use plower<br />
dependable performance without excess weight. Available in 61/2’, 7’ and 71/2’<br />
blade widths. Spreaders of all sizes are also available.
