Trials have shown new DACONIL WEATHER STIK bonds strongly on to the leaf surface and is less
likely to be washed off than some other chlorothalonil formulations, even by heavy rain or irrigation
after application.

Better turf quality
DACONIL WEATHER STIK is a powerful fungicide giving longer
lasting protection from turf disease and better turf quality than
iprodione (below), along with more diseases on the label and
greater flexibility for turf surfaces that can be treated.
Trials show curative control
Independent trials over two seasons have shown DACONIL WEATHER
STIK application at the first signs of Fusarium Patch have given an
average 87% control of disease, demonstrating the powerful
curative control.
Assessments of turf quality during independent trials have shown
DACONIL WEATHER STIK increased turf quality by more than 40%
over the course of an autumn treatment programme, compared
to just 5% improvement with iprodione.
In 2006, DACONIL WEATHER STIK application reduced infection from
a highly damaging 25%, to an acceptable 3%.
In 2007, DACONIL WEATHER STIK applied at the first sign of disease
held infection at just 2%.

All treatments applied 4 times at 2–3 week intervals
When re-assessed the following spring, the DACONIL WEATHER
STIK treated greens were 140% better than untreated,
demonstrating the fungicide’s outstanding persistence.
