stabilize a historic barn on 5 acres on Rt. 7A
near downtown Bennington. Second phase
will include rehabilition of barn as part of
a larger adult day care and day health rehabilitation
facility for senior citizens, as well
as younger adults with disabilities or chronic
illness, and their families. Total project cost:
155,153 stabilization phase only.
Brattleboro Area Community Land Trust
Wilder Block Stabilization, Brattleboro.
62,500 historic preservation award to
assist with the stabilization of the upper
stories of the historic Wilder Block on Main
Street destroyed by fire. The block will be
renovated as affordable rental units, office
and commercial space. Total project cost:
