Trust is creating 29 affordable<br />
apartments in a 36-unit multifamily<br />
rental development, River<br />
Station Apartments. When the<br />
apartments are complete, CVCLT<br />
will commence construction<br />
of a 20-unit condominium<br />
development on an adjacent lot.
