NOTE: At this point the Installer for VNWA 36.2.3 (available from 20 th November 2012 onwards) will automatically install the Digital signed Amateur Radio Root Certificate (ARC). This Certificate is an essential requirement for Windows 7 64 bits and Windows 8 Enterprise OS – Please see Section 3.5 for information on the Amateur Radio Certificate installation.
