need a refresher on the basics, this is the perfect<br />

opportunity to learn more about a game that individuals<br />

of all ages can play. Sandy Lemon is a LPGA and<br />

PGA professional who has been teaching golf for over<br />

metaphor for conflict resolution. The concepts and<br />

practice of aikido can be applied toward ethical<br />

action, anger management and violence prevention.<br />

In this basic introduction, you will learn about using<br />

your center, listening to the would-be opponent and<br />

looking for resolution through compassionate action.<br />

Although aikido is a martial art, it can also be viewed<br />

as a life art that helps you deal with verbal as well as<br />

physical conflict. Open to teens and adults of all ages.<br />

No previous martial arts experience required.<br />
