This two-week Spanish Preparation course, offered
before each semester, is an intensive course with a
non-traditional approach. This class will give you a
solid foundation to proceed to Basic I, II and III and
is a condensed version of the five-week Spanish
Preparation class. Students who can speak other languages,
who have taken Spanish in the past, or who
have no knowledge of the language must take this
class first as part of our Spanish program.

This is the first Spanish course that students are
required to take as part of our Spanish program.
Students who can speak other languages, who have
taken Spanish in the past, or who have no knowledge

This basic course is designed to give you a solid
foundation in Spanish grammar. A manual is included
in the course fee. “Spanish Preparation” is a prerequisite
to this course. You should take “Basic
Spanish I” before moving to the next level or gain
permission from the instructor. There are no class
meetings the week of March 19 through 23 because
of spring break.
