Canvas Red, an original rock group from Baton Rouge, will<br />
be in concert at 5:45 p.m. Friday, May 11, at the Malibu<br />
Rum Stage on the Civic Center grounds.<br />
The trio of 33 Miles will be in concert at 8 p.m.<br />
Thursday, May 3, at the Lake Charles Civic Center<br />
Amphitheater. The group has a sound that immediately<br />
engages the audience with great vocals and memorable<br />
melodies, but the essence of what drives these<br />
three young men is the heart of the music and the message<br />
of God’s love and mercy.<br />

Clearwater Revival and Cream. The band members are Brad<br />
Broussard, guitar and vocals; Jude Pinson, bass and<br />
vocals; Britt Stutes, drums and vocals; and Mark<br />
Chapman, guitar and vocals.<br />
