Meaning: SM Multicast denial of service configured and threshold has been
reached. disabling the port.
Action: Check the health of the node HCA1.

Meaning: Lost communication path to the other SM on node guid

Action: Check the health of the node HCA1 and status of the SM node.

Action: If condition persist, restart the SM node.
