Action:
The administrator should perform the fabric troubleshooting procedure to
isolate and repair the faulty component. This is typically due to a bad cable,
an incorrect cable being used for the signaling rate and cable length (For
example, too small a wire gauge), or a hardware failure on one of the two
InfiniBand ports.
